After leaving active duty military in 1998, Jeff has served as Vice President of the S. Howard Smith Agency in Montgomery, AL, providing financial services for his clients in Alabama and other states around the country. Leveraging his extensive knowledge and experience, he has helped hundreds of individuals improve their financial legacy through one on one financial and estate planning sessions. He is best known for his unique ability to solving complex financial and estate challenges with clear and easy to understand solutions. Built upon his reputation of skilled financial and estate planning advice, his leadership of MWM focuses on building relationships first and providing financial services second.

Over the last several years, he has emerged as a prominent and well respected business leader in central Alabama. He also holds a life/disability insurance license, qualifying him to offer a broad range of products and services from the insurance industry. Jeff also serves as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Air Force Reserve.
